The rep Mike Kendrena came to our house and not only provided a thorough quote with a few options we are considering, he also gave us a ton of information about windows, the process and what we can expect when we get the process started. He patiently answered all of our questions even though it was hot outside and we had workers jackhammering inside the house. The whole process really made us trust Window World for this project.
